About Me

I have been a professional genealogist for over 30 years. While I specialize in the United States, I am proficient at researching in England, Ireland, Canada, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Italy, and Scotland. I conduct my research at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, the largest genealogical library in the world. I am a member of ICAPGen.
“Susan Glenn conducted extensive colonial-era research in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey sources that was key to my son’s qualifying for a scholarship at his university, which turns out to be the oldest inheritable family bequest in the country. Susan corrected a published error made by the university’s own genealogist to prove our relationship with the family of the bequest. Although I thought that I had thoroughly researched available materials, I was delighted by the essential additional sources and materials that Susan uncovered. I will definitively turn to her when my research is stuck in the future.”
